KITA NO HOMARE is a saké made on Hokkaïdo island by the famous saké brewery of the same name located in the harbourish city Oratu, 30 km from Sapporo.
This saké is brewed with the Okusawa stream water and high quality rice. It is a Junmai-Daiginjo, meaning the highest rice polishing grade.
